1. How do I make the reservation?
1. Choose the date you want to book in the calendar on this same page. Available days are in green.
2. Then choose the schedule of your excursion and the number of attendees to check the availability of places.
3. Families with minor children only in the morning, at 11am.
4. Then click on the green BOOK NOW button, and fill in your personal data on the next screen of the form.
5. Then choose the payment method you have chosen and complete the process.
6. Finally you will receive in your email the voucher and QR code with the reservation, where you will have all the details of your departure.
7. Print it and or show your QR code at the Catamarans Sensation ticket office in Paseo de Lloret or Fenals if you have communicated it.
8. Enjoy sailing on the Costa Brava with Catamarans Sensation!

2. How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or modify any reservation whose purchase has been made on our page up to 24 hours before departure without charge.
Log in to our website again and have your reservation code handy.

If it’s easier for you, send an email to info@catamaransensation.com or a whats to 627 00 33 07 – 617 362 488 if you want to cancel within these 24 hoursd or maybe you wanna be rebook to another day.

3. How is it decided if an excursion is canceled due to bad weather?
We cancel in case of bad seas, heavy rain, unexpected breakdown or not to be the minimum of passangers. We refund the total money back.
If there are adverse conditions, the information provided by the AEMET will be taken into account to make the decision on the cancellation of the departure.
We also check the forecast on… www.windy.com, www.windguru.cz or with the catamarans’ own radars.

In any case, we will contact you via email or phone and you can cancel your experience or move it to another day depending on availability.

4. Is it possible to travel with a wheelchair?
It is difficult to board a wheelchair on board our catamarans, therefore it is very important to have some mobility to be able to board our catamarans. Access to the board is from the beach itself, not from a mooring, pier or firm ground, through a narrow walkway and a piece of beach sand. If the client has mobility and some help, he could board and even lift a chair if it is not very heavy.

5. It is possible to bring a pet on board? Unfortunally is a shared departure with more clients so it is forbidden to bring pets as well as service animals for hygienic conditions.
